Ballet
A classical form of dance focusing on proper body alignment, graceful movement, and precision of steps. Ballet class typically consists of barre, centre work, and across the floor set to classical music. The fundamentals used in ballet are used throughout all other styles of dance as well.
Jazz
This type of dance is very fun, energetic, and set to upbeat music. Jazz focuses on roper technique and body placement, based on ballet principles while using quick footsteps, lots of leaps and turns, and unique moves.
Tap
The rhythm and movement of tap, created by the metal taps on the heels and toes of a dancer’s shoes, transforms the dancer into a percussive musician. Tap dance emphasizes the flow of movement by teaching the dancer to find rhythms and beats not only in music but in their own bodies. Our tap classes teach rhythm, style, and musicality through fancy footwork. Tap is a great change of pace for dancers who have had significant training and want to enhance their dynamics and versatility.
Hip Hop

Lyrical
Lyrical is an expressive dance form that combines elements from several different genres including modern, jazz, and ballet. Many times this style of dance tells a story, through the choreography, inspired by the lyrics of the song. This style concentrates on an individual approach and expressiveness of various emotions.
Acro/Tumbling
A dance form that combines acrobatics/gymnastics with dance. Acrobatic Dance is the beautiful fusion of classic dance techniques and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line, and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context.
